Soul echoes a sound pulsating through the body,
that becomes speech.
Mind controls speech to improvise it into sane words,
Thoughts pour out at once, and screech.
That happens when the mind loses cognizance,
the disrupted result of innate animalism.
Violent speech aimed at oneself also causes aloofness
From the society and from one's true Self.
Not a rambling here , but a lonely intellectual,
Seeking truth that turns a corner to evade me,
All I say is Stop self hate through speech as a first cure.
Fill the mind with inspiration and the spirit dances in ecstasy.
Join the world together and march without censure.
